Introduction
Note: These reports are considered legacy functionality and are on a path to eventual deprecation. We will notify clients of the deprecation schedule when the time comes. It is strongly recommended to use My Dashboards for all reporting needs.
Infosec IQ allows you to generate reports for PhishSim and AwareEd Campaigns, which is useful in the event that you are required to provide documentation to prove you are implementing security awareness training (often needed for compliance audits). All Reports can be exported to CSV files for long-term retention.
Below are the types of reports that can be created for PhishSim and AwareEd Campaigns:
- AwareEd Campaign Summary: Provides a high-level overview of selected AwareEd campaigns of the total and percentage of learners who started and completed the training
- PhishSim Campaign Summary: Provide a high-level overview of selected PhishSim campaigns. The report will display information on the percentage and count of learners that avoided, opened or were phished by a PhishSim email.
- AwareEd Run Status: Provides the completion status for each individual learner for the selected campains
